We say and write it in the name of Don’t Touch Tiji Hero: thank you to all breeders who chose Don’t Touch this year. A son of Diamant de Semilly out of China Touch Hero (Chin Chin x Caretino), Don’t Touch Tiji Hero is genetically one of the most valuable studs of his generation.

Our talented young mare That’s Life de Tiji has left for Björn Nagel’s stables. This mare is also bred from the special genes of Olympic Carlina IV. We are sure That’s Life de Tiji will be given every opportunity in her further sporting career.

Unfortunately, the sire died of a broken leg at only 4.5 years of age, but what a quality he had! Both we and Niels Bruynseels believed in this powerhouse and joined forces to buy this son of Don’t touch Tiji Hero and train him for the big sport.

New life at Tiji…sustainable quality

We are about halfway through our 2022 batch and have already welcomed some fine fine foals. Over the past decades and years, we have collected some carefully selected maternal lines in our Tiji breeding going back to, among others, the Olympic mare Carlina IV (Pius Schwizer), via Vallonia de Reville (Kannan), the former sport mare of Nicola Philippaerts, and her dam Rianne du Briot (Non Stop x Carlina IV).

Daughter Dr. Touch de Tiji born!

This morning I received a message from a very satisfied customer, super to start the day with! A mare foal was born from our Dr Touch de Tiji, who now competes successfully in the 7j horses with Niels Bruynseels. We wish the family Wynant lots of success with their young asset!

European champion Bryan Balsiger new rider of Scarlina de Tiji Z

Niels Bruynseels and Tiji Stables have sold their promising Scarlina de Tiji Z to Bryan Balsiger, the young Swiss talent who won team gold at the European Championships in September and finished fifth at the Tokyo Olympics. Scarlina (Hunters’ Scendro) is a daughter of Vallonia de Reville (Kannan) who in turn is a granddaughter of Pius Schwizer’s Olympic mare Carlina V. Scarlina comes from the ‘Tiji’ breeding of Jill Smits and Tim Van Tricht.

Bye bye 2021, welcome 2022

2021 brought us many wonderful moments. It started in January with the auction of Rallonia de Tiji, the granddaughter of the Olympic mare Carlina IV, who was the most expensive three-year-old at the Horse Auction Belgium at €75,000.

Double Jeopardy de Tiji continues career in Austria

Our seven-year-old Double Jeopardy de Tiji (Don’t Touch de Tiji Hero) out of H&M Vallonia de Reville (Kannan), who in turn is a granddaughter of Carlina (Pius Schwizer), competed in her first shows with Niels Bruynseels and immediately attracted attention.

T&j bvba alias Tiji Stables on 48th worldwide!!!

We are very happy with this news, a preliminary 48th place in the breeders worldranking. And we have only just started because there are only 5 horses old enough to compete in the major sport.

The first Tiji’s, from Don’t & Dr Touch

A new spring, a new life and our first foals have already been allowed to experience the four seasons. Our first foal is a mare by Don’t Touch Tiji Hero out of Nell d’Hoogpoort (Heartbreaker x Muguet du Manoir) who won 1.50m courses with Jill Smits.
