New partnership between Zangersheide and Tiji Stables

In recent decades, Tiji Stables has built up a solid reputation in the world of breeding, rearing and training young horses. The stallion Don't Touch Tiji Hero is a fine example of this, but also think of Garfield de Tiji who had an international career with Jérôme Guery or Faustino who won a lot with American rider Kirsten Vanderveen. The 'Tiji school' already delivered fine references in the international sport and that has certainly not passed by Zangersheide. Judy Ann Melchior's stud farm therefore brought some eight pregnant mares to Tiji. They will be born and reared here this year. We already have a similar collaboration with Stephex Stables and are honoured that our approach and handling of foals and young horses is appreciated by Zangersheide. It is a nice recognition from one of the most valuable breeding companies. Equally important, we receive a lot of valuable foals from reputable stallions out of exceptional mares that have performed in the top sport. Their genetic value already speaks to the imagination. We are already looking forward hopefully to the birth of the new generation of horses that we will hopefully hear a lot about in the future.'
